Tractor Supply Co.

The dog food they had on sale was old and crumbled and fell apart like old cardboard that had got wet and then dryed again. And the store clerk didn't seem too be interested 😕

I get all my pet supplies from here and the workers are always very helpful and friendly.

Ms Crystal is an amazing associate. I needed dog food and fish food and instead of just saying isle number and pointing actually walked me to the isles and pointed at the products I wanted. During the walk she was so personal and made me feel at home and like I knew her for years. Thank you Ms Crystal. We don’t shop at Gainesville location often. Mostly starke and palatka but you and Crystal have been the sweetest and nicest associate at tractor supply I’ve met in years. Thank you. The cashier at the Gainesville store was very sweet as well but I didn’t catch her name. Thanks y’all.

The store is clean and well stocked. The cashier is another story, his name was Ian I purchased two 2 lb. bags of dog treats and another heavy item. He spread the 3 items on his counter and scanned the items. After completing payment at the end of the counter, he turned his head and asked if I wanted the receipt and just stood there. My items where he spread them and didn't move. I had to gather my items and bag them myself. If I ever come back to this store and I see him I won't be back.

Tractor Supply...I went looking for a certain brand of dog food. It's been awhile since I was there. The 2 ladies working the checkout were so very pleasant and professional. Did buy an inflatable pool. The sign showed it was on sale but when it rang up the sale was off. They honored the sale price. Thank you.
